Single Wire is special as it was the first Tin Shed wine made in 1998.
 
We produced this wine because we were lucky enough to gain access to a high-quality, low-yielding Eden Valley Shiraz vineyard, which fitted perfectly with our philosophy of making a restrained, food-friendly wine.
 
Our 2022 release sees eight months more in oak than our Melting Pot Shiraz and hails from an older vineyard.
 
A cooler climate means slower ripening and beautifully elegant wine. Shallow soils make for a lesser-cropped vineyard, ensuring grapes are high quality and full of flavour.
