With the warmer weather looming, it can only mean one thing – summer is coming, and our new release vintage of our All Day Rosé is now available.
As the name suggests, our Rosé is made for drinking all day – whether it be shared with girlfriends over a Sunday brunch or in the afternoon over a charcuterie board – this wine is made to be enjoyed for all times and occasions.
Our winemaker Peter Clarke describes the All Day Rosé as, ‘Rose gold colour, red fruits of watermelon and wild strawberry, hints of spice, rose petals and olive, finishing with light zesty lemon.’ Sounds pretty delicious, right?
With Grenache grapes sourced from the Tscharke sixth generational family vineyard in the Barossa Valley’s Marananga, this Rosé attests to Tin Shed’s philosophy of using high-quality and organic grapes to produce quality wines.
Made to enjoy with good food and great friends, our Rosé uses 100% single-vineyard Grenache which was handpicked early and kept on skins for eight hours, producing a beautiful pale salmon hue. The skins were basket pressed off and cool fermented, creating an easy drinking Rose for all occasions. Indigenous yeast was used, and the Rose, like all Tin Shed Wines, is vegan friendly.
While the nose shows watermelon, strawberries, and cucumber hints of orange peels and red fruits, our Rosé is bright and crisp with a sweet lemon acidity on the palate. Enjoy this wine either on its own or with food – just as long as you have great company besides you!
While we strongly believe in producing minimal intervention wines, we give loads of attention – to the vineyard, winemaking, and bottling process.
For only $27 a bottle, this Rosé appeals to everyday and everyone. So, stock up and get ready for the warmer weather now!
