INGREDIENTS 2kg ham
250g soft brown sugar
250g golden syrup
2-4 tablespoons mustard
1-2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Skin the ham and cross diagonally through the fat with a sharp knife to make diamond shapes. Place a clove in each diamond.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and place ham on a baking tray. Cover the ham with a glazing mix and place in the oven. Bake at 220-250°C, basting every 5 minutes until the ham is glazed.
