Our 2022 Wild Bunch Riesling is sourced from a single site in High Eden, Eden Valley. The quality of the grapes is outstanding, and we are big believers in minimal intervention and loads of attention.
While we like to enjoy our Riesling cold and in good company, we also appreciate there are other ways and occasions suitable for our Riesling – it goes hand in hand with good times!
If you’re anything like us, we are always hanging out for an excuse to enjoy a cheeky cocktail (or three).
Thanks to the Shed, warmer weather is optional, and your Wild Bunch is all the excuse you need to whiz up a fresh take on these Summer-dreaming faves!
Who can say 'no' to a spritz! This gets our tick of approval purely for the simplicity of ingredients needed. No doubt you’ll have all that’s required already on hand. Our #1 tip – make sure your wine and sparkling water are as cold as possible.

Eden Valley 'Bicicletta'
We are pretty envious of everyone’s European summer holiday photos, so here’s a cocktail for those of us who dream of Italy while scrolling through Insta! It’s called Bicicletta (Italian aperitivo) – a three-part cocktail. It’s like an Aperol Spritz but slightly more bitter due to the Campari.
Ingredients
Three parts chilled Wild Bunch Riesling Two parts Campari
Chilled soda, to top
Two orange slices
Method
1. Add our Wild Bunch Riesling and Campari into a wine glass
2. Fill the glass three-quarters with ice, top with soda and stir gently to combine.
3. Garnish with orange slices.
And there you have our three favourite cocktails with our Wild Bunch Riesling as the key ingredient. We hope you enjoy these as much as we do! This wine (and these cocktails!) are made to be enjoyed with your Wild Bunch.
