This wine reminds us of the local country shows we loved as kids; toffee apples and candy floss jump out of the glass. Toss in some fresh strawberries and you have the 2009 Rosé.

On a more technical note, the wine is from a single vineyard near Springton in the south of the Eden Valley district and includes Grenache, Sangiovese, Mourvedre and of course Shiraz.
